PRICING
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Please allow for incremental shipping charges depending on location (in Australia and overseas). Costs incurred are reflected on website during check out process.
At our discretion, Julie Mullock Photography reserves the right to change pricing without notice.
PAYMENT
Australian Orders
We accept credit/debit cards on www.juliemullock.com – Visa, Master Card, & American Express.
Alternatively, we accept electronic funds transfer. Please select manual payment at check out if you prefer to pay via electronic funds transfer.
i. Once the order is placed, we will issue you an invoice that outlines your order details and payment instructions for EFT (electronic funds transfer).
International Orders
International customers are welcome to purchase items on www.juliemullock.com. As prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD), please be mindful you will be subject to currency exchange rates when making a purchase via credit/debit card.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Purchases made by credit/debit cards on www.juliemullock.com are processed by Stripe, which is a direct payment gateway offered by Wix.com.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
PRINT INFORMATION
Images are printed on 100% cotton, Hahnemühle fine art paper, which ensures archival standards. The paper used is acid-free / lignin-free, which makes it highly resistant to aging.
Prints are individually made to order and come with a white border around the image to allow for matting/framing. The artwork will be electronically signed/titled and delivered in a mailing tube for safekeeping. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery from receipt of payment for domestic orders. International orders may take longer for delivery. Julie Mullock Photography uses a professional printing & framing specialist to ensure each piece is of the utmost quality. Please note at our discretion we may substitute a comparable fine art paper to be used at times.
IMAGE COLOR
Color reproduction can vary between different user monitors and printers. Therefore, printed colors may vary slightly compared to the online gallery. As we are committed to excellence, we strive to ensure each print is represented as intended by the artist.
RETURNS / DAMAGED ITEM(S)
As each piece is custom made to order, we do NOT allow for items to be returned if you change your mind.
If an item is damaged during delivery, please notify us immediately via email at info@juliemullock.com.
